This intercooler for the Ford Focus ST250 is engineered in the UK to the highest quality finish. Designed with a much greater surface area and higher performing core than the stock cooler it runs the full width of the car. The intercooler design improves not only cooling but removes pressure drop to truly give extra performance to the engine, we also took into account the need not to block air flow to the radiator and used a core fin that keeps the flow through. When fitted this cooler will give power gains of between 18-25 bhp, torque figures seen to rise by 18ft-lb, all this while delivering after cooler temperatures significantly lower than the stock intercooler.
